Where can I find coupons?

Question by *in*CHRIST*i*stand*: Where can I find coupons?
Hello everyone,

i was just wondering, does anybody know any websites or anything like that where I can sign up to receive coupons in the mail? I am a mother of 7 (4 step children, 3 of my own) and have a husband a teenage sibling that I take care of. Recently, keeping up with the house has become very expensive. Our grocery bill is HUGE, and I am spending more than I desire on shampoo, detergent, fabric refersher, dish soap, things like that. Also, 3 of the 7 children or under two ( 18 month old twins, one 6 month old). Baby stuff is getting pricey also. Don’t get me wrong, I am very frugule, a “penny pincher” as my husband says, but I would just like to save more, and I’ve seen on TV how much people can save with coupons….I just don’t know where to get them. I need food, household, and baby coupons. Any suggestions will help. THANKS EVERYONE!!!!!

Important Things to Know Before You Buy Penny Stocks

Important Things to Know Before You Buy Penny Stocks

People, who desire to invest their money in the share market but do not dare to take steps due to their limited capital, have a golden opportunity to buy penny stocks and make their money double or more. Risk is involved in buying these types of stocks, but there is a risk is in every business at the moment as we have been through a worldwide recession in every field of business in the recent past.

There are many different definitions about penny stocks. According to the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) stocks that are sold for less than five dollars, are called a penny stock. However, there are also some that say it is a stock that is sold against the penny. Whatever definition it may be, a trade that is performed on the Pink Sheets or Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) where stock companies are enlisted, is called the penny stock market.

One should invest his money in top stocks to marginalize the risk. It is very tough for him to find out the top penny stocks as these stock companies are not enlisted in any regular share market and no information is available regarding these companies’ business. This is what the government has made compulsory for all small scale companies that they are bound to submit all their business information like operating expenses, revenue report, board of directors meeting and stockholder votes to the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC). Therefore the investors should go through OTCBB website to access the true information about the stocks they are interested in and gain more details on which penny stocks to watch.

Investors should also be aware about the rules and regulations to comply with in buying penny stocks. As they can be purchased at a very low price, people can buy thousands of good penny stocks and if the price rises are in the same day, they can sell them to make instant money so they can purchase more stocks with the profit of a previous sale. Therefore investors can trade as many times as they want. However, the government has imposed restrictions making sure that one investor can only conduct five trades in a week while his trading account is less than twenty five thousand dollars. If he violates this restriction, his account will be kept on hold for ninety days or until the value of his trading account reaches above twenty five thousand dollars.

Obtaining high profits is what attracts most people into this field of investment. But before pouring all of your hard earned money into buying the stocks of any company, make all the necessary inquiries and look into the prospects of all the companies that you are interested in that are available for investment. It would be better to invest in a company which has great returns and is going to have a stable position over a period of time.

So, if an investor follows these simple guidelines when stock trading and invest their money in top penny stocks, it is not a risky venture but assurance of a much higher return.

Has anyone actually won a bid using SwipeBids.com?

Question by G T: Has anyone actually won a bid using SwipeBids.com?
I am convinced without doubt that this is a total scam, as are many, if not most of the “penny auction” sites. I filled out the application and as I hit the enter button to send my info, up pops a page informing me that a charge of 9.00 was being charged to my credit card. Yes, it has gone up from 0.00. I immediately, and I mean within 60 seconds, contacted their service rep through their live chat option. I explained that I saw nothing on any of the information given as I was filling out the application about ANY fee, much less a 9.00 fee. I am one of the lucky ones apparently, because they said they cancel my account imediately and credit the 9 back to my credit card account. They said it would appear on my credit card account within 3 days.

So today I went online to pay my credit card account, and there I see a charge from SwipeBids for 9! Why if they told me they were going to credit it back would they charge it to my account six days later? It would make sense to me to not charge it to the account at all if six days had gone by. Any way, here is the answer to many people’s question of , “How do I get my money back?” All you have to do is dispute the charge. If you handle your account online as I do, you click on the company name with the charge you want to disoute. There will be a sentence that says, “Dispute this charge.” You click on it and fill out all of the questions they ask. They also leave a couple of boxes where you can fill in any details of how you’ve tried to handle things. Then it is all up to your credit card company. Since it is their money in a manner of speaking, they are going to work very hard at keeping from paying anything to a scammer.

So I expect that I will get the money back, especially since SwipeBid gave me a cancel number to file with the credit card company. I have seen on SwipeBid complaints at Complaintboard.com that they always gie you a web page to refer to that they say clearly shows where you are agreeing to paying the 9 charge. That page however, never appeared in the process when I or anyone else was applying to use the SwipeBid auctions. I think they show it to you so they can counter your disoute when you file one as if it is actually evidence that you saw it. It’s BS. Then they tell you that you bought a package of bids, and that once you’ve been charged for them there is no way to get that money back. They won’t be able to show you where you were agreeing to anything like that though. They then try to get sneaky by saying you can’t get a refund for the 9, but that they do have a 30 day money back guarantee. If they are telling you that you can’t get your money back, then quickly go on their site and file immediately for the 30 day money back guarantee.

Ok. So now after going through all of that, I am back to my original question. Has anyone truthfully won an auction on this scam website? I have seen where their public relations people have sent in a wonderful letter saying how great their experience was and how many nice things they’ve bought for 3 cents or 50 cents or whatever, but do any REAL PEOPLE ever win an auction? I understand that every time you raise the bid by one penny, they add more time to the auction to “make it fair to other bidders” so they ca get their updated bid in. That’s BS too. The whole idea behind an auction is being that lucky “last guy” who gets the last second bid in and wins the auction. If they add more time to the auction after every bid, it will never end. So tell me REAL PEOPLE, have yo ever truly won a bid on this SwipeBid site?
