What No Load Mutual Funds Are All About?

There are innumerable things that cross our mind when we think about no load mutual funds. We may wonder whether are we really saving in good chunks or are we sacrificing on more dollars than we are actually saving?
When you choose your mutual funds you expect that it should require least expenditure in terms of purchasing price and maintenance and you do not have to sit for hours together monitoring the expense ratios or searching for plans with the lowest charges. However, inspite of all these precautions that you take before investing your mutual funds you realize that the investments are not really meeting your requirements or expectations and hence you are not really satiated.
If this is exactly the scenario at your end its time for you to realize that your ideology about investing is definitely going wrong. If you are focusing on which is the cheapest rate you are actually running behind cost effective rather than value effective products.
Such investors look out for the best lowest rate that they could get with no 12b1 charges but they are forgetting about the quality of the service/fund they are buying. They do not realize that such funds are at a higher risk of malfunctioning. Such penny wise but dollar foolish investors end up sacrificing more than they could have ever saved!
So how do you look for loopholes so that you do not into this category of dollar foolish investors? Here are a few points to take notice of:
1) It is rightly said that the bigger the better! You ought to shift your focus from short term benefits and give up this parsimonious attitude. It makes much sense in diverting your energies and resources into purchasing mutual funds which might be a bit expensive but give you higher returns over a stipulated period than going in for the best bargain and not gaining any percentage increase eventually.
2) You need to look out for a fee-based investment consultant who uses a facts-based methodological analysis and has been able to maintain an unswerving track record denoting good returns in a short span. Once you find such genuine advisors you will definitely not mind shelling out a penny or two extra for the guaranteed returns.
The thumb rule is that although you may not want to spend more on mutual funds, you do need to watch out for performance in terms of good returns as well. And you can get good returns only if you are ready to shed the skins of stinginess and start looking at the broader picture. Only then can you enjoy the perks of performance-oriented mutual fund investing!

He is the only one that works outside the home. I take care of the 3 kids and the house and chores, and the appointments shopping etc.
If you were in my shoes what would you do?
My husband has 150 per month for himself and he gives me 600 per month for me and 3 kids.
He gets the 150 to himself and doesn’t even use it to take me on dates, to buy anything for the kid’s its for “him only”
I have to buy everything for all 3 kid’s. Clothes, baby formula, diapers, wipes and whatever they need for school or whatever they want.
Do you think this is fair?
He doesn’t even take me on a date and I also have to pay for EVERY meal we go out to eat. He never pays

I believe he needs his freedom with the money he earns, so let him have a few dollars.
If he is comfortable in your relationship. He may show his affection by being the bread winner or maybe he is hoping for financial relief by giving you the money so he doesn’t stress about it.

So I started my job about two weeks ago. It is at a restaurant.
When I had my orientation, he went over the dress code with me.
He said, no earrings bigger than a quarter.
And I have stretched (some know as gauged) ears.
The first thing I did when I got home was measure my ear to a quarter.
My ear is only stretched as big as a penny! So I figured I was safe.
So after about a week of working, the owner (who I had orientation with) came in to work. She looked at my ears and said, “oh, you have those things in your ears… you know you can’t have those?”
So I said, “well, in orientation, and in the employment manual it says they can’t be bigger than a quarter. I measured mine, and they were as big as a penny”
Then she said, “Yeah, that means hoop earrings. But, you can keep those in as long as you don’t go any bigger, or unless someone makes a complaint about them. If you go any bigger, I’ll make you take them out, or I’ll have to fire you.”
So I said OK.
I don’t find this fair, because if some girl can come into work with quarter sized hoop earrings, and not get in trouble… Why do I get in trouble for having penny sized stretched ears? They almost look like hoop earrings anyway!
Do you think this is fair? And if not, is there any way I can fight this situation without getting fired?
I might want to stretch my ears more, but now I won’t be able to because of this job! I never planned on going bigger than a quarter anyway!
Anyways, help please??
I can definitely deal, it just doesn’t make sense that someone can be there with hoop earrings??? But I can’t with stretched ears. =/
Oh, and I can’t really take them out, because they will shrink back up, then I have to re stretch them, then there’s a possiblilty they could rip. =[

Do you mean you have a fleshy?
I think if you want to keep this job, can’t you just take the earrings out when you are working and when you’re not, just put them back on?
