Its a copper 1941 penny. On the front it says “IN GOD WE TRUST.” Under is Abraham Lincoln. To the left of Abraham Lincoln it says “LIBERTY,” to the right it says 1941. On the back it says “E PLURIBUS UNUM.” Under that it says “ONE CENT,” and under that it says “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.” On the sides of the back of the penny theres two pieces of wheat. Also next to the o in one theres a little orange and blue stain. Probably just from the penny being so old. But it doesn’t stop you from reading anything.

Question by [[drama queen]]: How much is a new penny worth?
I was fooling around in my backyard when I found an odd looking penny. It’s thicker than most pennys. On one side it says “Elizabeth II” and D-G-REG-F-D-1971. On the other side it says “New Penny” with this weird looking symbol on it and the number 1 after the symbol. I looked it up on the internet and found an exact match, and it says it is worth 1/2 of a new penny- so how much is that?
